We are now looking for a Customer Service Manager (m/f/d) for our Customer Service.


Your tasks:

  • Organisation, monitoring and further development of work processes within the department

  • Customer advisory

  • Management of day-to-day business

  • Complaints processing

  • Preparation of reports and expert opinions for customers, insurance companies and planning offices

  • Conducting training courses

  • Reporting and processing of feedback to optimize the products for responsible departments

You offer us:

  • Completed degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable degree

  • State-certified technician / technical specialist

  • Professional experience as a manager

  • Ideally several years of professional experience in customer service

  • high customer and service orientation

  • Good written and spoken English

  • Knowledge of motor controls and switches would be an advantage
